T he Jaredian Design Group has designed a the Charles W. Turnbull Regional Library and Records Center on the East End of St. Thomas for the Department of Planning and Natural Resources.  The services we have provided include space-planning program, preliminary and final design as well as overall construction administration.  This facility has been designed to meet the National Archives’ standards.  The final facility is approximately 40,000 sq. ft. in size and cost $18 million dollars.  Construction is completed.
